T he total cost of the restoration work has been estimated at 5 million francs, 25% of whith has to be found by the village. This is too heavy a demand to make of a village with only 204 inhabitants. The part of the work which has to be carried out urgently to enable the church to open again in safety, must begin soon.This first part will cost 1,960,000 F (more than half its annual budget).
